Here we present some of the most significant works that we have realized the last 30 years, in all kind of constructions. Leros’ Wind-Mills
A Monument’s Restoration Restoration of a historical monument of Leros island with EU funds in the beginning of the 00’s. Project, designs, realisation from “Domon” with help from “Habit” staff.
Crithonis’ Paradise, Leros
When Neoclassical becomes Modern Building a totally new neoclassical Hotel with all amenities of a modern tourist facility is always a challange in order to keep original forms and high standards at the same time.
Psilalonia, Leros
High threshing fields … Convertion of a small minimalist rural building in a modern residence and touristic facility at the same time. 40 sq.m. became 300 sq.m. in 7 levels, built in stone in the traditional way.
Neoclassical House Restoration
Restoring a traditional Neoclassical building. A three storey neoclassical luxury mansion with rare frescos, abandoned for decades, came back to life with all modern amenities and without losing any of its characteristics.

How minimal may be maximal An example of how a small house may include a lot of functionalities and be able to host more people. Also an expample of traditional style with a concrete built house on a hill near the sea.
Rachi Complex, Leros
A complex of two stone build houses It’s a stone built residence and a guest-house. Built on the top of a hill overlooking two bays with a breathtaking view of the sea, the small green valleys around and a magnificent sunset.
