The residence is situated within a 780 m² plot of land in a secluded, quiet and picturesque area of Crithoni bay. The distance from the seashore is approximately 250m and the view over the sea and the castle of Leros is breathtaking.
The residence consists of two bedrooms, one kitchen with living-room, one WC and one spacious bathroom. The kitchen with the living room are one single area full of light. The kitchen is equipped with oven, ceramic stove, fitted refrigerator. Additionally it has wooden cupboards and drawers for kitchen utensils.
