The owner and the coworkers of Habit and Domon have a 20 year old experience in supplying real estate & construction services, since they came into the picture; providing full services in residences – such as study, supervision and construction – and in special constructions – such as hotel units, monument and memorial reconstructions and other classic and traditional-style buildings. During this period, not only the need for customer guidance became obvious but also the guidance in every kind of investment, as far as it concerns the set of tasks in any construction project from scratch. In order to make an investment successful or not, the factor that should be taken into consideration is the right guidance; the accurate choice of place, suitable means of funding, precise use and promotion are elements which determine investment success more than the effectuation itself. Principally, we found out that the majority of our customers had experienced appalling consequences due to wrong decisions, inappropriate partnerships, waste of time in bureaucracy or even disclaiming responsibilities of all individuals who took part during the whole process. The final result was only a small part of the initial target. Thus, although without any infrastructure or experience, we decided to put everything together by centralizing all necessary activities in order to put such investments into successful orbit. The owners and our associates have been well educated and trained through technical studies. Moreover, their experience throughout these years has imbued them with the professionalism to deal lucratively with all clients. The Director manager (and owner) is Stavros Tselemegos. He has graduated from Florence University as an Architect Engineer, and expanded his knowledge at the University of Rome by specializing in monument restoration with a Master’s degree. Aside from Italy, he lived for periods of time in France and Spain where he also worked in selective constructions. In addition, he has worked in Athens, Mykonos and the Northern Dodecanese Islands (Leros, Patmos, Lipsoi, Kalymnos, and Agathonisi). He also owns the architectural and construction company “Domon Architects” based on Leros and trades in all of the Northern Dodecanese. He is also a contractor and house-builder for constructional projects and exterior design. He speaks English, French, Spanish, Italian and Greek. He decided to inhabit and trade in the Northern Dodecanese, having as a base an island with a remarkable historical background and natural beauty, the island of Leros. Leros has proved to be a successful choice so far, since it provides high quality of life and high work standards in relation to metropolitan places either in Greece or in Europe.
